Terms of Service

  • By purchasing my services (art), you automatically agree to the following conditions.

  • Commissions are for non-profit personal use. Commercial works are to be seen.

  • I retain ownership of the artworks.

  • I reserve the right to decline any commission.

  • You may not claim my work as your own.

  • You are not authorized to change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission.

  • You may not use the Artwork for redistribution or external projects, commercial or non-commercial (i.e. t-shirts, mugs, public flyers, etc.) unless otherwise discussed.

Commissions

  • Simple backgrounds only.

  • Sketch is started after payment.

  • Payment through Paypal or Ko-fi.

  • Half refund after sketch, no refunds after lineart.

  • All prices are in USD.

  • Please list the following with a commission request: Commission type and Visual references.
